Meetings and any move to phone, video, or other outside channels happen only when the other person explicitly agrees. Students can refuse any contact, at any time. Off-platform interactions are at your own judgment and risk, and you should confirm they are safe before agreeing. Report anything concerning, on or off the platform.
No sharing test answers, plagiarism, or cheating assistance.
No explicit, violent, or sexually inappropriate content.
Don't pretend to be someone else or create fake accounts.
Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never shared without your consent.
Approved student profiles are visible to signed-in donors, and you choose what details to share. You can block anyone you don't want contacting you.
All messages stay on the platform so we can investigate if something goes wrong.
